"Historical prosperity, small bathroom. Very clean, great bed. A big tall person would not be comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. Apparently owners not on property. Helper was nice. Breakfast was just ok."

"The room is so thoughtfully put together. We were delighted to find plenty of hangers in the closet, charging stations on the nightstands, extra towels, soap and toiletries in the bathroom, ice in the freezer! It’s so clear the host has taken the time to consider how the guests will use the space and anticipate their needs. Perfectly situated on the island and within walking distance of great restaurants."

"The Sailor's Room on the 3rd floor is a great value for a single person. When I arrived, a staff member carried my large suitcase up for me. The room had a small blow dryer, TV, iron & board and a steamer. Wish all the amenities had been disclosed so I could have left my steamer at home. The twin bed was comfortable. There is an outlet by the bed. The closet has a lot of room to hang clothes and store your luggage. There are also several drawers to store your things. There is a chair in the room. The window has a distant view of the water. 3 minute walk to the Nantucket Hotel where the rest of my clan was staying and a short walk to town. It was quiet and another couple I knew was also staying there in a bigger room. The first 2 nights the A/C was on continuously, but I was ok with it because there was an extra blanket in the closet. The bathroom is small, but is ok as long as you are not a very large person. I recommend this room if you want to save money and don't mind being up on the 3rd floor. Not bad for a 255 year old B&B!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Nantucket! The house was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and in a great location. The owner truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.We did encounter an issue with the house during our stay, but we were so impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully he handled it. He was extremely responsive, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of.We really appreciated the care and hospitality and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Nantucket. We would happily stay here again!"
